What we do

Two trades. One roofline.

Gutters hang on the fascia board at the edge of your roof. Security cameras mount under the soffit, just behind it. Both jobs happen at the same eave, on the same ladder.

So we do both. One call gets you seamless gutters that carry South Florida storms off the house, and cameras that keep watch over the driveway, the doors and the yard.

Plenty of jobs are both at once: a new run of seamless gutters and a pair of cameras, finished in the same visit.

One eave, two jobs

Where the gutter hangs, the camera watches.

Gutters fasten to the fascia. Cameras mount under the soffit, right behind it. Switch views to see what each one does from the same spot on your house.

  1. 1Tile sheds the waterBarrel tile moves rain down the slope fast, straight to the edge.
  2. 2The gutter catches itIt hangs on the fascia board, pitched toward the outlet.
  3. 3The downspout carries it downBack to the wall, down the corner, no splashing on the windows.
  4. 4It leaves well away from the wallAn extension sends the water out across the yard, not into the foundation.
  5. 1A dome camera under the soffitMounted just behind the gutter, on the same eave.
  6. 2Up out of reachHigh enough that nobody can bump it, under the roof edge.
  7. 3The view is planned firstWe aim it at what you care about: the driveway, the walk, the door.
  8. 4Same ladder, same crewThe gutter and the camera share one roofline, so one visit can cover both.

Security cameras

Cameras placed where they matter.

We plan the views with you first. Then each camera goes up under the eave, the cable runs neatly, and we set up the system and show you how to check it.

We can supply the system, or look at cameras you already own and tell you what we can do with them.

  • Front doors and porches
  • Driveways and garages
  • Side gates and yards
  • Back patios and pool decks

Rainy season

May to October, storms roll in most summer afternoons. Your gutters should be ready.

Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. Clear gutters and sound downspouts are simple storm prep that pays off every year.

How a job goes

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. Call or send the form

Call (786) 975-9759 any time, or send the form. Tell us the town and what the house is doing.

  2. We look at the house

We walk the roofline and check the fascia, the downspouts, where the water lands and where a camera would see the most.

  3. You get a free estimate

A clear price in plain words, with your questions answered before any work starts.

  4. We do the work, then clean up

The job gets done and the yard is left the way we found it, minus the overflowing gutter.

Questions

Straight answers before you call.

Don’t see yours? Call (786) 975-9759 and ask.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. Call (786) 975-9759 or send the form, and we will set a time to look at the house and give you a price before any work starts.

Can you do gutters and cameras in the same visit?

Yes, if you want both. They live at the same eave, so plenty of homes get new seamless gutters and a pair of cameras in one job. Tell us when you call.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Call (786) 975-9759 and talk to us in English or Spanish. The whole site is in Spanish too: tap ES at the top of any page.

Sí. Llámenos y hable con nosotros en español.

What towns do you serve?

Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie, Fort Lauderdale and Cooper City. Near one of them? Call and ask.

Can you put gutters on a tile roof house?

Yes. Gutters fasten to the fascia board below the roof edge, not to the tiles. We check that board first, because a gutter is only as solid as the wood it hangs on.

How often should gutters be cleaned here?

It depends on the trees around the house. Palms and big shade trees fill a gutter faster. A check before the rainy season, which runs roughly May through October, is a good habit.

When are you open?

Our Google listing shows us open 24 hours, every day. Call (786) 975-9759 whenever it suits you and we will set up a time to come out.
